Business suffering from a tarnished online reputation? Let our professional team see if we can clear things up for you.
Forget ‘flipping a coin’ with another company – our hit rate for getting 1-star or other negative reviews removed stands at around 75%. It’s a no-brainer.
Why would you throw good money after bad results? Our success-driven system means you only get charged after our team has successfully negotiated a favourable outcome.
Save for exceptional cases, our standard timeframe for achieving an outcome for your 1-star removal request with Google or other platform is 14 days.
Google reviews are the main game in town, but it’s great to know we also deal with TrustPilot, and have other platforms like Trip Advisor and Facebook coming online soon.
If you’ve been on the receiving end of a dreaded 1-star review that you believe isn’t a genuine reflection of the service you provide, you don’t have to just sit back and cop it. Whether it’s the work of disgruntled former employees, conniving competitors, or spam bots, false or defamatory content can often be removed. Our team’s twin expertise in Google policies and defamation/harassment law makes them the ideal allies to have on your side in the battle to restore your business’s online reputation.

We do! Proving we ‘walk the talk’ with 200+ glowing Google recommendations. Check out some of our favourite feedback from business owners we’ve helped.
Before we started working with Karl we actually had no Google reviews, we had no strategy around building them... Quite often these days, we find that people have already done their research before they get in contact with us... they've already checked up out online, seen our Google reviews and so it makes a big difference when they already have that certain level of trust before they come to us.
What we've found is that before (Reputable) a lot of clients wanted to come in on our lowest level programs, get the trust, see that they're getting some results. Now we're finding that they're coming in on a much higher level of initial spend because they already have that trust factor.
I can say that prior to doing the program we had generated $6,000 in revenue from Google-led enquiries. Well, I've been proven wrong by following Karl's program because now our phone rings everyday with enquiries from Google. Since we did the program we made sure our profile was fantastic, did all the things, we've secured a whole bunch of Google reviews, and now in the last 2 years our income generated from Google leads is $240,000!

Our specialists negotiate directly with the platform on which the negative review is posted. Depending on the nature of the review, we argue for its removal based on our in-depth understanding of Google and other online policies.
The service works on a ‘no win, no fee’ model, meaning we don’t process any payment until the offending review has been taken down for 7 consecutive days. After that time, the payment is taken from your nominated credit card.
We adopt a tiered system. For Tier I, the process usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, with most cases being resolved in less than 2 weeks. In rare instances, it can take up to 8 weeks.
If after 4 weeks we haven’t been successful with Tier I, we may recommend switching to Tier II, which generally achieves a resolution within a fortnight.
Absolutely not. It is against Google’s Guidelines to leave a 1-star Google Review. You can easily report it and often have it removed by using the flagging function in Google.
Definitely. Responding to 1-star Google Reviews whether they are removed or not, signals to your clients that you really care about your customers. Half of the time when we are responding to a 1-star Google Review it is for the benefit of all our future clients who are reading the negative review.
Research shows that a single one-star Google Review can cause 2 out of ten clients to not use your business. And that is just year one. Once a bad review is left, it is there forever until Google removes it (very difficult) or the client does. You can no longer take your online reputation for granted; it is arguably your greatest business asset.
